Where does the information come from?
All case law and legal information is sourced from official UK legal databases including the National Archives, judiciary.uk, and legislation.gov.uk. We only provide information that can be verified against these official sources.
Is there an API available?
We're working on it! An API for developers and legal tech applications is coming soon. If you're interested in early access or have specific requirements, please reach out via our social channels.
How much does LawQueries cost?
LawQueries is completely free to use. We believe legal information should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or premium tiers.
How accurate is the information?
All information provided by LawQueries is sourced directly from official UK legal records. Every case citation can be verified against the original source. We do not generate or hallucinate legal information - if we cite a case, it exists and is accurately represented.
What time period does the database cover?
Our database includes UK case law from 2003 onwards. This covers a significant body of modern case law across various courts and tribunals in the United Kingdom.
